Why validate?
It’s diverse
Do you speak a foreign language but do not get to use it much? Use it in validation! You can get paid for translation and proofreading, or work 100% in that language.
It improves the quality of service
Checking the survey data, you will help businesses improve their quality of service and increase overall customer satisfaction. Validations will also make you a better, more knowing customer.
It’s fun
Through the Mystery Shoppers’ surveys, you will evaluate retail stores, restaurants, cafes, gas stations, pharmacies, grocery stores, banks, etc. You will gain new skills, help businesses from all sorts of industries, and learn from other people’s experiences.
And you earn money
You get paid hourly or per each validated survey using either a DPP contract (Dohoda o provedení práce) or Příkazní smlouva (Contract of Mandate).

Multilingual Environment
We conduct tasks in international markets and Shoppers’ comments often need to be translated into English from their local language.
The more languages you know besides English (at least C1 level) besides English, the more opportunities you will have to validate or translate.
